I ended up with a high OG on my oatmeal stout so I think I can squeeze a good 1.03ish OG out of a batch of second runnings. So what hops would you go with? The original recipe was as follows:

7.5 lbs pale malt
.5 lb toasted flaked oats
.5 lb crystal 60l
..5 lb chocolate malt
.2 lb roasted barley

I'm guessing I'll get at least 3.5-4 gallons after the boil. I've got 2 oz willamette, 2 oz cascade and 2 oz magnum to play with. I'm thinking maybe 2 oz willamette @ 60 mins or maybe .5 oz magnum + 1 oz of willamette. I'm not expecting a whole lot out of this batch but my pipeline is a bit dry. I want to fill it up with something.

I would go with the .5 magnum( depending on the AA%) + 1.0 Willamette and save the other ounce for another brew.

I just did an ounce of Willamette for an hour. The gravity was a lot lower than I thought it would be so it should work out OK.
