Been doing some reading/research on brewing a lambic at home and I have read numerous things about keeping it and the equipment you use away from your everyday brewing equipment. I understand this is due to the yeast and bacteria that is used in the fermentation process. The question is does this mean that what you use to ferment in is strictly now for use in only lambic styles or with good cleaning and sanitization can this equipment be used again in normal brewing procedures?
