I am planning a HERMS setup, and I would like your suggestions for scaling.
If I have a 60L of wort in my MLT, what would be your gut feeling for the dimension of the HLT?
1) how many litres of water? (as little or as much as possible)
2) how many Watts, is 2kW enough?
3) how long a copper coil in the HLT? (as short or as long as possible)
It is all in uninsulated stainless steel.
