So, brewing Biermuncher's centennial blonde, my OG came out to be 1.032 instead of about 1.040 due to the fact that since my equipment changed, I overestimated the boil-off and ended up with more, but weaker wort. Anyway, I was wondering if the best thing to do is leave it alone (it's in the primary with yeast now), or to boil a concentrated mix of DME and throw it in to get the extra 8 points.

Thanks for any input.

I'd be tempted to boil a pound of DME in a quart of wort, so's not to dilute it further. 8 points in a small beer is too large a miss.

you could fix it easily with dme. just make sure you boil it i agree with david on the 8 points being large on a beer that small.
