Ive been reading up on roasting my own specialty malts at home.I love the idea of not having to buy extra malts, or run out to lhbs every time i need something just use a pond or two out of my reserves. Ive read alot of differnt times and temps to make biscuit malt my question is whats the best method??
 
I toast 2-row 30 minutes @ 275 turning @ 15 min. for a bready/biscuity flavor.
