I am looking for a recipe for a chocolate stout like Arcadia Ales Cocoa Loco Stout. It's got Chocolate, Molasses, and Lactose in it, and has an ABV of 7%.

I have looked at some recipes but haven't seen any that I thought were similar so I am wondering if anyone has had it and found a close cousin for it that I can brew?
