I just got back from my LHBS and I accidently got a bag of hops with a small hole in the bag. Now, some of the hops are brown and some are still green, but are they still usable? Can I dry hop with them or would it be better to throw it into the boil? Or just throw 'em away?

If your LHBS isn't far, call them and let them know. Even though they will try to get you to use them anyway, ask for some new ones. Otherwise, it's hard to say.

I brewed an Ipa with about an oz of hops that were at the early stages of becoming brown. I said Eff it and used em. Hops are expensive and I hate wasting them. To say the least, the beer is wonderful.

get some new hops for now and save these for when you're ready to make a lambic

I had some willamette that had started browning a little, but I threw them in anyways cause the cheapest hops here are $7 for 2oz. Tasted fine.
