What you want is a portable CO2 charger and a cobra tap like the ones below.

With a few more bucks and a 3 gallon corny you can have a real portable kegerator.

yeah, but if you charge the keg with 20# before you leave, you won't use more than 4 cartridges to dispense the keg. Works great for me when I want portability, otherwise I bring a 5# bottle with a regulator.
