I left some pasteurized cider out in my living room before I left for the weekend. I planned on making a cider out of it, but is it possible that it went bad? Can cider spoil if it isn't refrigerated?

I searched and came up with nothing

what does "left it out" mean? If you left it uncovered at room temp for a weekend, then it's possible it's contaminated. However, if it had a cap on it, I wouldn't worry. There's a damn dead fruit fly in one of my ciders right now, but it should be fine...:D

hahaha nice, a fruit fly, yeah by left it out I mean I left it at room temp with the seal unbroken, I tasted it and it seemed ok, just a little thick, but I threw it in the carboy with some yeast anyway. Thanks for the reply

Chances are, you're going to be fermenting above refrigerator temperature. I wouldn't worry about it.
