Hey Guys,

I am working on a new Pale Ale recipe based on some hops I have in my freezer. What do you think? I want it to be light and slightly toasty/ bready with a unique hop character that finishes clean and adds a bit of aroma.

Brew Method: All Grain
Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 5.5 gallons (fermentor volume)
Efficiency: 60% (brew house)

Estimated Original Gravity: 1.054
Estimated Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 59.21
SRM: 7.69

FERMENTABLES:
12 lb - American - Pale 2-Row (88.2%)
0.8 lb - German - CaraRed (5.9%)
0.8 lb - American - Victory (5.9%)

HOPS:
0.5 oz - Summit, Type: Pellet, AA: 18.5, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 33.13
0.5 oz - Summit, Type: Pellet, AA: 18.5, Use: Boil for 10 min, IBU: 12.01
1 oz - Eldorado, Type: Pellet, AA: 15.7, Use: Boil for 5 min, IBU: 11.21
1 oz - Summit, Type: Pellet, AA: 18.5, Use: Boil for 1 min, IBU: 2.86
1 oz - Citra, Type: Pellet, AA: 11, Use: Dry Hop for 7 days
