NOTES:
Very fruit-forward (grapefruit, tangerine) with slight spiciness from the hops. This hop pairs very well with Maris Otter in that the malt type holds up to the big flavor from the Nelson Sauvin hop. I will re-brew this with a dry-hop the next time around.
