i tried to make a belgian tripel and i think it got too hot too quick. regardless, it is pure bananas. it's been in the keg for about 4 months and i finally just took it out of the keezer. does anyone think it would help to dry hop with some nice hops to create something like a tripel ipa? or would that just make it banana grapefruit beer? i hate to waste the batch, but it's just not quite enjoyable as it is now. if so, what type/quantity of hops would you recommend? i also assume that since it's kegged, i would need to dry hop with whole leaf hops in a strainer bag.
