I brewed Ed's House Pale Ale in January and after a month in primary and three in bottles, I was disappointed to find it to have an over powering estery "fruity" taste. This is most likely do to high fermenting temperatures.
Right now I've got almost two cases of this brew taking up valuable space and bottles. Should I toss this and take it as a total loss or should I let it age for a while?
