Hi from long island

Hi everyone I've been trolling around the forums for a couple of weeks now trying to glean as much information as I can off you guys. I finally decided to join up. My sister gave me a mr. beer kit for Christmas, I have my first brew in bottles carbing for a week or so more and I have my second brew in primary. I've already got plans to move to 5 gallon batches and partial mash once I've used up the last two extract cans I have.
