I'm planning on making a batch of apple beer with a wheat kit I have from Homebrew Heaven and some Champagne apples from Dixon Apples http://www.dixonapples.com/
For you folks who have done an apple beer, how did you use the apples? Did you peel them, slice them up, use them whole? Did you use them during the boil or did you just throw them in the bucket for the primary fermentation. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
