I brewed an APA from an extract kit two weeks ago. I racked into a secondary and dry hopped it last Sunday and noticed that it began to bubble again today. What gives?
air lock activity again?

The racking process caused CO2 to begin coming out of solution.

Exactly. Even moving your beer from one place to another can cause co2 to come out of solution and make the airlock bubble. Happens all the time.
A good thing,imo,when you're racking to secondary to do additions you don't want the yeasties playing with as much. Gets another blanket of co2 built up.
