Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and wanted some help with a recipe I am making. Any input would be greatly appreciated. This is what I have so far:

Grain Bill

8 lbs marris otter 60%
2 lbs munich 15%
1.5 lb rye 11%
0.75 lb US crystal 60 5.6%
0.5 lb carared 3.73%
0.5 lb carastan 3.73
0.125 lb chocolate malt 0.93%

Hops
0.5 oz Chinook 60min
1 oz Cascade 20min
0.5 oz Chinook 15min
1 oz Amarillo 10min
1 oz Cascade 5min
Dry Hop
1 oz Cascade
1 oz Amarillo

Yeast
Denny's 1450 or Pacman (not sure yet I know these are very different yeast)

OG - 1.072
SRM - 15
IBUs- 53
Bitterness Ratio- 0.739

Looks really solid to me (I assume that is rye malt?). Although for really hoppy beers I don't think the 15/20 min additions add much. I'd just boost the 60 min addition to hit your IBUs, and add the rest in the last 10 min.

Looks perfect!

I recently made a Pale Rye ale, similar hops. Mine was 85% 2-Row and 15% Rye. The Amarillo has a wonderful aroma.
