Tasting Notes
Light and sweet caramel-esque ale with low bitterness.
Wanted to come up with something light and sweet that could give a nice buzz at the end of the day =)

5lbs. Extra-Light DME

1lb. Dry Rice Extract

1lb. Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (milled)

.5oz. Tettnanger Hops
.25oz. Cascade Hops
.25oz. Willamette Hops

Steep 1lb. Caramel/Crystal 60L @ 150F for 25 mins.
Bring to boil and add Extra-Light DME and Dry Rice Extract.
Hop for 40 mins with 1/2 oz. of Tettnanger Hops.
Add 1/4 oz. of Cascade Hops to boil for 20 mins.
Add 1/4 oz. of Willamette Hops to finish the boil for 10 mins.
Mix in necessary yeast nutrients.

Cool and transfer to fermenter to pitch Fermentis Safeale US-5.

Ends with a nice 6.3% ABV
