My first dubbel has been in bottles for nearly two week. I used several clear bottles so I could observe the process.

Looking at the bottles I see what I'll describe a white looking, sort like large pretzel salt size particles in each of the bottles. If I tilt the bottles they will drift to the sides so they are not attached to the bottom.

Is this normal yeast formations?

Used a secondary for three weeks, bottles kept out of any light at around 68-70 degrees.

Mine aren't, but I'm also only drinking my second batch. Mine yeast sticks to the bottom firmly.

Different strains of yeast do different things. I have had some that glued themselves to the bottom of the bottle and others that I had to be really careful pouring.

Yup, luckily the yeast I used (nottingham yeast) sticks to the bottom like glue. Well, unless you shake it of course.
