What would be a good dry yeast for an IIPA? I want to try my favorite IIPA recipe that I use liquid yeast for and compare it to the exact same recipe using a dry yeast. Just curious if I can save a couple of bucks.

Last IPA we made was done w/ Nottingham. Kicked off in less than 6 hours, and tasted great going into the secondary. I'll chime in in a couple of weeks when we try it.

Personally, IPAs are about hops & a neutral dried yeast is a good way to go. Nottingham and safale 04 work well.
