Rubber washers for bottles

I have a number of the bottles of the type that Grolsch traditionally use, where you have the white stopper with the rubber washer on it to make the seal, and then you push the metal frame to move the stopper into place.
I need to get some replacement washers for the stoppers as they have worn and perished over time. Can someone tell me the proper name for them, and any possible UK suppliers of them ?
