Hello fello brewers
My name is Dan Schneider and i have been homebrewing since 1989.
I have a video on the web you can watch to get a better background on me.
It is also part of a Business Plan Contest hosted by DogFish Head Brewing and YouTube.

To finish off my introduction I should mention I have visited hundreds of breweries in the US, was able to work the Hop Harvest in 1993, and spent plenty of time hounding the Boneyards for Stainless and have a scrappy 2 Barrel System.
I brew beer for independent parties and functions and can share much in this regard to anybody who has found themselves pushing the capacity of thier own liver.
