Hi,

I bottled my EIPA (blackrock malt extract) and realized that my room temperature is rather low (around 60-62). I have heard that this is too low. I'm wondering what temperature I should raise this to, and if higher bottle temperatures will produce carbonation faster. I bulk primed with dextrose.
Also, how high is too high for carbonation? Thanks everyone, any imput is very much appreciated.

For best carbonation, try to keep the beer at around 70 degrees for 3 weeks. Granted your beer will show signs of carbonation at 1-2 weeks (and it's OK to sample), but the flavors will develop and be best after at least 3 week.s
