This is basically a combination of 2 recipes, one being a full strength SNPA clone, and the Sierra Pale Ale from Brewsmith. I like the hop profile of the SNPA clone I've done in the past and have basically duplicated it, with the only exception being the 30 minute boil hops which have been liberty in the past, switched up to Cascade just because I just bought 3 lbs of them from hops direct. Let me know what you think, and also which yeast will work best with this. I am hoping that this will make a good year round house ale without quite as much ABV as the traditional SNPA recipe.

Batch Size: 11 Gal
Mash Temp: 154
Mash Time: 60 Min
Single Batch Sparge
Estimate Efficiency: 70%
Boil Time: 60 Min
Yeast: 5.5 Gal w/ US-05, 5.5 Gal w/ US-04
Estimated OG: 1.043
Estimate ABV: 4.24

Grain:
17lbs 2 Row
1lb Crystal 60L
1lb Carapils

Hops:
.66 oz Magnum (14.0) @ 60 min
2.0 oz Cascade (4.8%) @ 30 min
2.5 oz Cascade (4.8%) @ 10 min
5.0 oz Cascade (4.8%) @ Flame out

I oftentimes split my batches with 2 different yeast strains. I like both the 05 and the 04 and expect both would be tasty with your recipe. As for the hops....I love cascade! Looks good to me!
