Total noob, first post and doing a kegerator conversion.
I found a toilet brush tube at home depot that I am going to use as my tower, but am concerned about insulation/cooling.
I was looking at the difference between PC fans and Copper tubing for cooling. I am a little weary of the idea of splicing a wire that is going to be in my fridge with condensation etc...What are your thoughts on using something like this?

I do not need any splicing and I can plug the USB chord into my ipod adapter...

I was thinking about using that fan with this concept:

My plan is to run the USB chord through the drain tube in the back of my fridge...

any thoughts?

I Promise to post pics when I am done

I think it would work fine. I did the same thing, minus the USB port, and it's been running more or less nonstop for 6 years.
