I intend to start using the BIAB method but here in the UK it's easier to use an electric boiler to a gas one. I have been looking at the usual "bucket with element" boilers and the Brupaks boiler
Brupaks boiler

Now what advice do you have about the best way forward for me? Can the standard boilers work with BIAB or is it better to spend the extra cash for the out of the way element in the Brupaks one? Or any other suggestion you may have.

The main concern is to not have your bag sitting on or getting snagged on your element. A cage of wire mesh, a false bottom, or using a perforated bucket (see other threads here) instead of a bag will all solve that problem for a standard boiler and save you the $$$ over the Brupak.
