Following the recipe that I was told was in Zymrgy a while back
AG plus DME
Pulled nearly 10gal of wort, early runnings were 1.095 and tested at 1.065 after about 7 gal.
Didn't get a preboil grav but I am boiling off nearly 5 gal of this before I pitch.
Plus the 2lb 10oz of DME I added per the recipe
My hydometer just broke, so I wil be taking OG sample and waiting till I get a new one to test it.
I shudder to think what the numbers wil be on that. 18 or 19 ?!?!
