A few weeks ago, at a local Oktoberfest celebration, my girlfriend had a chance to try w white chocolate American wheat, and instantly fell in love with it. I meant to get some info from the brewers about it, but I was double fisting Avery Imperial Oktoberfest at the time, and totally forgot. 
Flash forward to this week, and she brought it up again. After searching the forums here and online, I came across this, which looks like it'll do the job (a bit pricey, though). I'm wondering if anyone's tried using this yet, and what their results were.
