Ok so I have 3 keg and plan on making a new system. Forgive me I don’t to all the terms for systems (rims, herms) and frankly don’t really know the difference yet. I will describe the system I plan to build and please and tips on what could improve it.
HLT 15.5 keg,
1/2x50 SS coil for recirculation mash / cooling
Sight glass
Drain Ball valve
Top fill ball vale
Thermometer
Mash Tun 15.5 keg
False bottom with dip tube
Side drain ball valve
Thermometer
Sparge arm
BK 15.5 keg
False bottom (just in case any sediment made it from Mash tun)
Side drain ball valve
Sight glass
Thermometer
2 pumps (not sheer on what kind yet)
Water filter for filter water as I fill the kegs
All fittings will be quick release
And I will be running gas with three burners
Please add tips on what should be changed for improvements. I plan on building this throughout the summer as funds allow.
