my new manifold

So I built my new manifold, but it sat about an inch off the bottom of the cooler.

I put a 45' copper angle on 'er and not it lays perfectly on the bottom......

Then I got to thinking.... are they supposed to lay on the bottom or off the bottom. I hven't soldered anything yet so let me know.

I also just had an excellent beer from Deschutes It was "hop henge" imperial IPA. Could of used more aroma hops, but otherwise, excellent.

You want it on the bottom, but you shouldn't have to solder everything. I think most people leave it where they can take it apart to clean it.

Yes, Deschutes makes some good beers. I love their Black Butte Porter!!
