Does using a bottle filler cause enough aeration to ruin a beer?

Hey guys,

I just bought a bottling stick, and when filling beers it seems to create a lot of turbulence and may aerate the wort when doing this. Has anyone else noticed this? Am I the only one who is a little scared of it?

I want to be sure this next bottling day goes well . . (Bottling tonight)

Are you using a bottling bucket with a spigot on the side? If so you shouldn't be getting air in the bottling wand until the bucket is almost empty. If you are getting air in the wand look for leaks in your tubing or any other place you have made a connection. While aeration should be avoided, a few air bubbles will be relatively harmless.
