Thermo with probe?

I'm currently building a non-automated single tier setup and I've run into a snag. I'm planning on putting my temp probe into the coupling that attaches to the bottom outlet of the mash tun, just like Lonnie did with the Brutus 10. If this were automated, i would just stick the love controller's probe into my 2 inch thermowell, no prob. Since it's not, I just want a digital thermo that has a probe that would fit into my thermowell. Anyone know where i could buy a thermo like this?
