8.0 oz Brown Sugar, Light (60 Min)
0.50 tsp Irish Moss (15 Min)
0.20 oz Sterling [7.00 %] (5 min)
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice (0 Min)
1/4 Tsp. Ground Ginger (0 Min)

Bottle-
1/4 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 Tsp. Ground Ginger
1 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Spice slightly lacking at bottling, spices added to water and boiled with priming sugar. Came out smooth, creamy from the vanilla, and with ginger more pronounced than pie spice. Personally fits taste, but others may want to adjust the ginger.
