Help with Belgian Pale Recipe

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to creating recipes. I want to make a Belgian pale ale. Any advice on my recipe would be much appreciated, especially with the hops!

From Brewer's Friend:

5 gallon batch, 3 gallon boil, partial mash

Fermentables

Hops

IMO. The grain bill looks pretty good.

The hops are wrong for a Belgian pale. Use noble hops like Styrian Goldings or Saaz. Without doing the calculations it also seems you might have too many IBU's. Try to get the BU:GU ratio to .38 or so.
 
I was trying to use the same hops as New Belgiums Belgo plus adding Saaz as I've read that is commonly used in these types of beers.

Thanks for the BU:GU input though. That's a new one for me.
