One of the nice things about kegging is that you can alter the beer, if you need to.

My cherry wheat was nice, but had a couple of faults. The body and flavor were too intense, and the ABV was too low.

I added a liter of seltzer water and 8 ounces of everclear, then resealed the keg, shook it up and repressurized.

It is damn near perfect now. It just rolls off the tongue, with a just-right alcohol bite. The flavor is just a little more subtle now, I really like it.
 
Maybe he meant warmth.

I also like being able to do that. I can backsweeten the apfelwein to my liking, add more maple extract to my pumpkin ale, and add peach extract to my peach wheat. I've never added seltzer or everclear, though. Do whatever works for you!
