I brewed JZ's Munich Madness today. After a double batch sparge, I dumped my remaining hot water in the tun and let it recirc for a bit. I ended up with about three quarts of 1.025 wort. I'm inclined to just can it up as it is.
Would you can it? Would you boil it down to 1.030 or 1.040?
