Anyone know the working PSI of grolsch, swing cap, style bottles?
I'll likely be pressurized to around 4 volumes of co2...
I am making a fruit lambic that follows this process (sour mash via Papazian)

I have 3 cases of Grolsch bottles.... and would like to use those, but maybe I'm forced into champagne bottles here, I don't know...
