I've heard a few things about how to add priming sugar before bottling:
Any ideas as to which option is the best?

- Just dump the sugar in
- Mix it with cool water and dump in
- Mix it with warm water dump in and stir
- combine it with boiling water and dump in when beer is being dumped into bottling bucket
- boil it for 10 minutes and then pour it in with beer
