Below is my own american IPA recipe taken from similar ones, but using CTZ and simcoe hops, wow what a yummy IPA this makes... You may want to up the grain bill a bit, I set for 80% efficiency due to my setup working near there every time, if you get less, adjust accordingly. I've done this beer now about 3 or 4 times, and everyone raves about it (Including me!
