I have a blonde ale that just finished 3 weeks in the bottle it taste fine but is over carbed. Do you think this is an infection or maybe I just over shot the priming sugar or the temperature changes or what? It does not have any off flavor taste just like a blonde should taste but with 4 inches of foam & 2 inches of beer.
