It may not be the best, but for those that are using anything other than stainless for partial boils, TARGET has 5 gallon stainless stock pots for around $6.00 right now. They are pretty thin, but seem to do ok.

Thanks for the tip. I'm using a 3 gallon stainless now and a 5 gallon would make everything so much easier (and the beer better tasting too). Now only if there was a Target store in my area. The nearest one is a 3 hour drive away!
