I am hoping to keg a brew today,but when i took a gravity reading it was 1.016(the reading before i pitched the yeast was 1.048).It has been in the fermenting bucket for 14 days.As i was hoping for a lower reading than 1.016,can i pitch some more yeast or sanitize my stirring spoon and give it a gentle stir and leave for a few more days?
