Hey I herbal tea is kind of a no go for booch right because the scoby needs something particular to black tea - least that's what I've been told, if someone could elucidate this for me i'd appreciate it, anyway, has anyone done a licorice tea kombucha say using something like this:
https://www.swansonvitamins.com/yogi-tea-egyptian-licorice-16-bags-s?CAWELAID=129498021&SourceCode=INTL4055&gclid=CjwKEAiAoaXFBRCNhautiPvnqzoSJABzHd6hD0M8-RML0poxduueaMCzfYarJrYziPC85nM6j3dPLxoCVLzw_wcB
I really like the flavor but I'm not sure how it'll go with the vinegar complimenting it and think I'll just go 3:1 licorice:black tea to get the necessary nutrients in, or do they make nutrient additions like DAP that we use when making mead that I could rock instead. Thanks!
