I've got lots of Berliner Weiss and Ginger Wheat bottled and ready to drink in the summer heat but I want to brew a brown ale/porter to add some variety to summer drinking and to stand up to steaks, pork, and BBQ. I'm venturing out on a limb here as I haven't really used some of these ingredients in my short brewing history - namely Carafa, Oats, or Nugget hops. And I've never really done a brown ale either. Any critique is greatly appreciated.

Recipe is for 5 gallons. BIAB partial mash
