I have been wanting to mix some extract kits to make variations on some beers I can get from around here. For example mixing a coopers real ale with a brew canada red beer. I figure this should result in a pale ale. I can not get a hold of any specialty grains or hops in my area (without online ordering) so this seems like a logical thing to do to give me a variety here.
