I will need to eventually start thinking about bottling my Rochfort 10 clone. Does anyone have any experience in bottling beers that are close to 12% ABV. Do I need to re-pitch some yeast? If so...should I use the abby yeast (only tolerates about 12% ABV) or should I consider some other type of yeast that can tolerate a higher alcohol concentration. Also...not sure what to prime with....rock candy, corn sugar, etc. Thanks for the help.:mug:

odds are your gonna either need to repitch or there gonna take a long time to carbonate. You can try to stir up a little yeast when you transfer into the bottling bucket. 3/4 cup of Dextrose per 5 gals. i believe tripples are also more highly carbonated but im not sure. YOU could carb with candy sugar but i dont know how much
