Anyone ever try this?

Its hard to find in Seattle but OMG its good. Oddly enough you can only get it in restraunts.

Anyways anyone got the low down on how to make it?

That happens to be a favorite of mine as well... Here's what their website has to say about it:

Hale's blondest member of its line of Dublin Style Ales is the silky smooth Hales Cream Ale. An easy drinking golden pale ale brewed with a combination of unique Yakima hops that compliment and emphasize the Dublin Style.

Smooth and creamy... no bull!

Ingredients:pale malted barley, Crystal, and Wheat malts, Centennial, Nugget and Cascade hops, Hale's special yeast and filtered water.

Original Gravity: 1.049

That said, you might just go down to Fremont and see if one of the brewers will discuss it with you. They do pour it with a Nitro tap, so keep that in mind if you want to fully replicate it at home.

Ya that Nitro tap plays a big part of the beer as well.
