Bought some ball lock kegs that haven sitting for a few years. These kegs have some spots on the inside near the bottom that's hard to clean. Is there a cleaner that can work magic on these spots?

Even Star-san's acidity and detergent will clean 'fairly well' at times.

Make sure you clean the dip tubes inside and out. soda syrup gets gross inside a dip tube.
 
I made one of these from a toilet bowl brush, some 1/2" PVC and a few flathead SS screws. It makes Corny cleaning easier......
