I'm looking to use the last of my ingredients for the year, what I have left is the following:

11# MO
1# Munich
12oz Crystal 60L

1oz Yakima Magnum 13.1%
1oz Nugget 13.0%
2oz Centennial 9.1%

2pkgs SA-05

I would like to put together an IPA recipe, maybe with this schedule

1oz Magnum 60 mins
1oz Nugget 40 mins
1oz Centennial 15 mins
.5 Centennial 5 mins
.5 Centennial 0 mins

Going off about 82% BE puts me in the Imperial IPA style which is what I'd like, using a 90 min mash, pull off about 7.5 gallons and boil down to 5 - 5.3 gallons.

Hop schedules are about the only thing I haven't quite got my head around yet.

thanks

Maybe cut that crystal back to 8 oz. as you'll get good maltiness from the munich and the MO. You might not want that added sweetness.

If you keep the Magnum and Nugget as is, you'll have a pretty bitter beer. Possibly do:
1oz. Magnum @ 60
1oz. nugget @ 10
1oz. centennial @ 0
1oz. centennial dry hopped
