Terrapin Golden Ale

I saw this recipe that is an email reply from spike at Terrapin Brewery. I brewed this and it is fantastic. The only thing I changed was using WLP 001. Two weeks grain to glass. Ten days at 64. Then four days at 40.

Flaked Barley 4-5%
Acidulated Malt 1.5-2%


Hops
Cascade at 60 min. for 10bu
Cascade at 30 minutes fpr 5 bu
Mt. Hood at 1 min. for 2 bu.

mash in at 152 ferment at 64*F
yeast 1272
